The attempted dismissal occurred on the penultimate ball of the Renegades’ innings. Just before Zampa was about to release the ball, he saw Rogers was out of the crease and held his action to whip the bails off. However, the possibility of a run-out was ruled out as the third-umpire explained that Zampa had already completed his action before inflicting the run-out, and hence, Rogers survived to watch the last two balls of the innings....

Nintendo has vastly changed the map design of how race courses play out in Mario Kart 8, mostly thanks to the all anti-gravity sections which allow for maps to twist and warp above and below the racers in ways players hadn’t previously imagined. Though it sounds hectic, this leads to some creative map design that both feels like classic Mario Kart and introduces plenty of brand new gameplay elements. Classic course themes like Boo’s Haunted Mansion and Mario Circuit will return into the mix, though at their core they’re very different from their original, flatter iterations....

Game Rant’s Dominic Licorish reviews Mass Effect 2: Arrival Mass Effect 2 was without a doubt 2010’s game of the year, picking up the coveted GOTY award from multiple awards shows and gaming sites, including us. Mass Effect is also quickly becoming a multimedia franchise, with books, comics, and even a planned film. BioWare’s dedication to the Mass Effect universe is one of the series’ many highlights, as they have continued to build off of the main games and extend them with oodles of DLC....

That said, what if a lot of the questions in the system were little more than an erroneous misreading of the game’s finale moments - and that BioWare had actually delivered one of the most interesting, and downright ballsy, endings in video game history? While some Mass Effect fans have likely heard of the “Indoctrination Theory” in passing over the last few weeks, a lot of players who have been busy expressing their outrage on BioWare forums, may have missed-out on an especially intriguing analysis of the, now, controversial endings - one that isn’t going to solve all their frustrations but might, just might, help convince them that BioWare actually tried to do something pretty special with the final chapter in Shepard’s trilogy....

Before the demo kicked off, players were treated to a cinematic that explained the nature of the titular Leviathan; a mysterious “being” that has the ability of killing Reapers. As the ending to Mass Effect 3 already explained to us, there are a myriad of ways of either controlling or destroying the Reapers, but apparently this Leviathan is yet another option. Before we get into mission specifics — the mission on display was the last of three featured in the DLC — it’s best to outline some key pieces of information about Leviathan first, as the mission details are very spoiler heavy....

Mass Effect 3 has quite a task on its hands, with BioWare needing to keep excitement for the game building even though the game is still half a year away. If the developer was going to be giving out huge details on story this early, they wouldn’t really have any surprises left by the time the game shipped. But it is clear even this far out that combat will be the star of ME3, with numerous trailers starting to detail the various tweaks and improvements that have been made to the way your squad will fight as a unit....
