Stuart McKenzie with local business Sunshine Coast Snake Catchers 24/7 posted a video of the incident to Facebook on Monday. McKenzie found the snake after being called to a home in Nambour, in Australia’s Sunshine Coast Region. The snake catcher had received a report from the home owner regarding a “reasonable sized” black colored snake. Don’t misunderstand, the game still looks as glorious as it did during E3 2012, but now EA is trying to give multiplayer the attention it deserves. This particular trailer focuses on the Tungawan Jungle map, which is set in the Philippines....

An Argentina and Portugal decider in Russia is a possibility should Argentina top Group D and the Portuguese finish second In Group B, with both then on track to meet in the final should they make it there. Drawn alongside Iceland, Croatia and Nigeria, Argentina are a strong chance of finishing first in their group, while Portugal may have to settle for second with Spain, Morocco and Iran facing them in Group B....

The footage Kojima had to show featured plenty of intriguing elements and certainly looked like cooperative MGS 5, even if it wasn’t the competitive mode that many hoped it would be. For all intents and purposes, Metal Gear Online looks exactly like players would expect a cooperative version of Metal Gear Solid might look like....

It’s sad to say, but up until now we haven’t seen a Metal Gear character on a Nintendo system since Solid Snake’s special guest appearance in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Konami is hoping to square things up with Nintendo fans by releasing a remake of the PlayStation 2 game Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater on the 3DS. With a few minor upgrades, such as the implementation of glasses-less 3D, Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D can be seen in an entirely new dimension, but that may not be enough to win over fans who’ve already played the original....

The game launched with one major location and two airplanes, with additional planes available through (expensive) DLC. With so much success in such a short time, it should come to no surprise that people would be interested in making a documentary based on the story of the game’s development, and 2 Player Productions are trying to step up to the plate. Having produced the breakout documentary hit Reformat The Planet, 2 Player feels it is time for a new, and innovative, challenge. With almost a third of the necessary funding already pledged, the film crew need about $100,000 more to achieve their goal of a solid 150k for the film....

Both Minecraft and Mass Effect are currently waiting for new console updates so in the meantime, here is something to tide Xbox 360 players over. On September 4th, fans will be able to literally build their own Mass Effect playground as Mojang and BioWare have announced a Mash-Up between the franchises on the Xbox 360 for $3.99. As Andriasang reports, the latest issue of Japanese gaming mag Famitsu has confirmed that downloadable Mass Effect costumes are en route to Final Fantasy 13-2 owners, and fairly soon, too. Siliconera claims that the costumes will be arriving on March 27th, and can be worn exclusively by Serah and Noel. Furthermore, some additional DLC will allow gamers to add Ultros and Typhos of Final Fantasy VI fame to their team, but it can only be done via a colosseum battle that becomes available on the same day that the Mass Effect costumes hit....

The fan vote made it clear that Shepard fans prefer redheads, but the concept images that the publisher had released for fans to deliberate over haven’t got anything on the latest marketing image. The picture made its way online from PAX Prime 2011, and is apparently the very same picture that will don the Collector’s Edition of Mass Effect 3. BioWare had promised to give said honor to the female portrayal of humanity’s last hope, as well as a trailer all her own....

Though we still don’t know how BioWare and Nintendo plan to support the new tablet controller we have received word in regards to the game’s makeup that should catch more than a little attention. Rather than give gamers the opportunity to experience the Mass Effect 3 story as most of us did, with a lackluster ending and no sense of closure, BioWare is nipping those problems in the bud and packaging the game’s Extended Cut DLC in at launch....
